- If you are staying at a Tebura partner hotel, the process is incredibly seamless. Simply pick up a Tebura QR lock at the front desk, attach it to your bag, and leave your luggage with reception before 11:00 AM. We will collect it directly from the hotel's secure storage.
- We still have you covered! If your hotel is not yet part of our network, our driver will meet you at your hotel between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. They will apply the secure QR lock for you and collect your bags in person.
- For our standard service, we guarantee next-day delivery, and your luggage will be waiting at the reception of your destination hotel from 15:00 onward. If you need your bags sooner, we also offer a same-day expedited delivery option for an additional fee.
- Yes! While our standard transfer is next-day, we offer a same-day expedited delivery service for an extra fee. We will collect your bags in the morning and ensure they arrive at your next hotel by late afternoon on the same day.
- Yes. Every piece of luggage transferred by Tebura is fully tracked via our proprietary QR lock system and comprehensively insured during transit, giving you complete peace of mind while you explore the city.
- Currently, our standard online booking covers standard suitcases and backpacks. For oversized equipment like bicycles, golf clubs, or heavy gear, please contact our support team prior to booking so we can arrange the appropriate transport vehicle.
